Stock products are eligible for refund with a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package. To obtain an RGA number, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Stock items being returned are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of item value.
Personalized products are non-refundable, unless an item is defective. If a customized product is defective, please contact our support at email@example.com with detailed description and preferably a photo of the items needing to be replaced and we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
We kindly request you ship all eligible returns within 7 days after receiving your order. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a refund on eligible items within 7 business days after delivery.
