Return Policy

Stock products are eligible for refund with a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package. To obtain an RGA number, please contact our support at Stock items being returned are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of item value.

Personalized products are non-refundable, unless an item is defective. If a customized product is defective, please contact our support at with detailed description and preferably a photo of the items needing to be replaced and we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.

We kindly request you ship all eligible returns within 7 days after receiving your order. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a refund on eligible items within 7 business days after delivery.
